Compatible with Perkin Elmer Optima ICP-OES.Optimum nebulizer gas flow rate is 0.7L/min and sample flow rate is 2.0mL/min. Recommended not to exceed optimum 2.0mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas and sample flow rates are OK. The backpressure should read approximately 40 psi at 0.7L/min gas flow rate.
